One day I was watching a cookery show on TV, there I saw the recipe of this kulcha calzone and immediately decided to make it for the theme ‘Stuffed Dishes’. This week in blogging marathon, after making Stuffed rava balls and Pizza paratha, for the third and the last day, I wanted to make some stuffed veggie and shortlisted few of them. Then that kulcha calzone recipe came to my mind and I decided to make it.
My today’s post is Amritsari Kulcha Calzone, which is a potato stuffed kulcha folded like a calzone, hence is the name.
For making this kulcha, I used whole wheat flour and instead of yeast for fermentation, I used curd. In fact I made double the quantity of dough. With half of the dough I made Pizza Paratha and with rest of the dough Amritsari Kulcha Calzone. Now straight to the recipe….
