- Apple 1
- Strawberries crush 1 tablespoon
- Milk 200 mL
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Crushed ice to serve
- Wash, peel, core and chop the apples. Take apple pieces in a Maxie jar. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon strawberries crush to it. Grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add milk and ice to the paste. Blend again for proper mixing of the contents.
- Serve immediately decorated with strawberry or apple slice.
If you are weight watcher, replace honey with sugar and skimmed milk or soy milk with whole milk.
