Apple cinnamon Balls, a bite into these sugar coated balls and feel the blast of flavors in your mouth making you feel like eating more and more. That was the feeling when I made and served these balls to my daughter and the family.
Frankly speaking, I wasn’t expecting this reaction from the elders in the family. I think even my mom and dad, who are reserved in their choice of food, have also become experimental with time. Or the other reason could be, when they see me and my daughter eating something new and do that ummm, ahhh…even they start drooling :). So instead of remaining reluctant, they considered the other option better.
Last whole month in mega marathon, I made different flatbreads, some regular in the family and others new. This week in blogging marathon, I’m making anniversary party dishes. For the first two days I made two savory dishes i.e. Paneer Bread Rolls and Sooji Dhokla. My daughter wanted something sweet this time. I had golden apple lying in my fruit basket, so thought of using it. My initial thought was to make apple pie, but that is already on my blog, so made use of the bread that was also lying after making paneer bread roll and came out with these delicious Apple Cinnamon Balls.
