Stepwise pictorial description of Cheese Corn Balls
First of all boil corns.
Cool and grind along with garlic in a grinder. Keep aside.
To make white sauce, take butter in a pan. Heat it to melt butter. Add maida and stir it to mix well. Cook it for 2-3 min till light brown.
Add milk while stirring continuously taking care no lumps should form. Cook till it thickens to a paste.
Add salt and seasoning to it.

Add ground corn, bread crumbs and corn flour and mix well. It should be like dough. You can add more bread crumbs if required.
Keep in fridge for about 30 min.
To make balls, take lemon sized dough. Flatten it, put a cheese cube in the centre and roll into a ball. Make all the balls.
Dip the ball in milk and roll in bread crumb. Repeat with all the balls.
Keep in fridge for 15-20 min. Fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy.
