Today my sister in law came to pay us a sudden visit. The whole day was gone in minutes gossiping with didi and in the evening while she went back, she took along my dad and mom in law also. Since mom and dad prefer to eat dal and chapati only, so whenever they are gone out, I don’t make dal chapati at all. I had some left over chapatis from lunch and wanted to use them and immediately came out with the idea of making this casserole which will kill three, not two birds with one stone?… Making my kids happy, using those chapatis and at the same completing my one day’s task of posting casserole recipe.
So here I’m with my healthy chapati casserole recipe that was so yum that my daughter asked me if that’s healthy. When my response was a big Yes. She asked me to make it everyday.
