These days pizza, burger, noodles etc have become kids that much favourite that they are forgetting our own Indian food. In fact they run away at the mention of various veggies. If the kids are fussy, so are the mom’s. They don’t want to eat veggies and find excuses but moms are smart enough to feed them veggies in one form or the other.
My kids are also pizza, burger kids. Few days back, my son came to me after watching some food video and demanded a cheesy paratha (this is the usual thing in my home…after watching food videos, my kids keep on pestering me for one thing or the other). I promise to make it some other day.
This week in blogging marathon my theme is stuffed dishes. It reminded me of that promise to my son. So I decided to make cheese paratha. I had some bell pepper in my fridge which I wanted to consume before leaving for my parents home this week. So instead of making cheese paratha, I decided to make pizza paratha with loads of cheese. Instead of making regular pizza dough, I used whole wheat flour and instead of yeast fermentation, I used curd to ferment the dough.
