Coriander Chutney/ Hare Dhaniye Ki Chutney

Coriander chutney is one of the most commonly made Chutneys in Indian cuisine. It is a great accompaniment to any Indian snack be it samosa, pakoras, aloo tikki, burger, dahi bhalla, dabeli, sandwich or even your day to day food.

My family can’t survive without chutney?. During winters it’s coriander chutney and during summers it’s mint chutney. So my fridge is always stocked with either of these green Chutneys.

Green Coriander Chutney

If you want some more Chutneys, do look for peanut chutney, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, raw mango chutney, mint chutney, aam ki meethi chutney.

Coriander Chutney Ingredients

Coriander leaves
1 bunch, chopped roughly
Onion1, chopped roughly
Ginger1 inch
Green Chilies4-5
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Cumin Powder½ tsp
Saltto taste

Wash coriander leaves thoroughly so that no dust remains.

Chop them roughly.

Similarly chop onion, Ginger and green chillies roughly.

Put chopped coriander, onion, ginger and green chillies in a blender jar.

Add lemon juice, salt and cumin powder.

Grind it till smooth. Check the seasoning and adjust according to your taste.

Store in a refrigerator and use with anything you like. It will make any snack or your normal day to day meal taste wonderful.
