I have been making marble cake since ages, still it’s not my blog. Realising this fact, I made it a point to post marble cake in this Bakeathon.

Eggless Marble Cake

Last week, when my nephew came to spend his vacations with us. I wanted to make everything of his choice.

A day before his visit I had made blueberry cake to satiate my daughter’s sugar cravings. Some of the cake was still lying in the fridge. So I served him that cake. Though he ate it happily, but I couldn’t see that excitement in his eyes as is when chocolate cake or some paneer snack is served to him. From this you can easily make out that he is a chocolate lover.

So my next task was to make chocolate cake for him. But instead of making chocolate cake, I made dark chocolate brownie and marble cake for him to make him happy to the core. Then I frosted the marble cake with chocolate ganache.

Eggless Marble Cake

When I placed cake in front of him, I just loved that sparkle in his eyes…Anything for that sparkle 😘
