Instant Bread Dahi Bhalla/Bread Dahi Vada

Sunday is the day to relax. However, working women like me have kept so many activities postponed till Sunday, that there is hardly any time to relax. So, as usual, this Sunday too I had a list of jobs to finish. All of a sudden, we got a phone call from one of my husband’s cousin that they are going to pay us a visit. It was such a delight to hear this as I had been waiting for their visit for a long time. The couple is very dear to us. I wanted to make something special for them but the time was limited. I thought of making dahi bhalla chat as the starter. Since, regular bhallas take lot of time, I made bread bhalla instead, which tasted so yum that they were all praise for it. Moreover,  little effort is required to make those. So the next time, whenever you are tempted to eat something chatpata and don’t have time, this is a quick and easy recipe you can think of.
