Khumbh makhana curry-an easy yet scrumptious curry recipe that can be a perfect party food.
When mushrooms are in season, I make sure that they are made at least once a week. Since my whole family is not fond of mushrooms, so I generally make it as a side dish. But to me mushrooms are the star ingredient.
This week I’m participating in blogging marathon with mushroom as my ingredient. After posting a starter (Mushroom Crostini) and a soup, the next in the row is main course dish. Last week, I bought a big pack of lotus seeds/ makhana and was looking for the ways to utilizing them. Since mushrooms and lotus seeds both are having a number of health benefits. So I paired mushroom and makhana to make this lip smacking curry i.e. khumbh makhana curry. It goes well with roti, naan, paratha or rice. Here is the recipe for this delicious curry.
