This week my kids were after me to make Mexican food. My son wants his food to be very spicy. If I bring store bought chilli sauce, he doesn’t like the spice level it has. To put his tongue on fire, I prepared this Mexican style hot chili sauce and used in tacos and burritos I made for him. He just loved this sauce, but it was too spicy for my daughter. The leftover sauce I used as a dip with mixed veg pakoras I made the next day. Believe me, it enhanced the taste of our Indian pakoras as well ?.
