When kids ask for something to snack on and nothing comes to my mind, I usually make appam. This is for two reasons mainly. One is, all the ingredients are always there in the kitchen and another is, the ease with which it can be made.

These are so versatile that even if some ingredient is not there, I make with something else.

Today for her tiffin, my daughter wanted to take some snack for her friends along with the food that she has to take according to her food schedule. I readily agreed to her request. I made appam for her and her friends. That way I could make my daughter happy and at the same time I got some clicks for my today’s post.

Mixed Veg Besan Sooji Ke Appam

For the last two days under ‘Instant dishes’, I had posted Tamatar Pyaz Ki Sabzi and Instant Rava Uttapam and today’s Mixed Veg Besan Sooji Appam go for the third day.

I had already shared rava appam on my blog, so this time I made appam using besan, sooji and rice flour along with mixed veggies. These appam are undoubtedly healthier than regular rava appam and taste just amazing.Mixed Veg Besan Sooji Ke Appam (
