Mushroom Chili Stir Fry is an Indo Chinese dish that is loved by all mushroom lovers. I have bunch of mushroom haters in my family. But this mushroom chili stir fry is so delectable that a staunch mushroom hater like my husband can eat a bowl full of mushroom chili.
Generally batter coated mushrooms are deep fried to make this Indo Chinese delicacy, but to keep a check on calories, I shallow fried these mushrooms and used just 3 tbsp of oil to make it. Believe me, nobody could make our any difference. So, if we can achieve the same result by reducing the quantity of oil, why not to make our delicious mushroom chili stir fry with this method only.
