A simple creamy salad that is favorite among kids and adults alike and can jazz up so many dishes like your favorite wrap, sandwich or hot dog. Yes I’m talking about humble coleslaw made from cabbage, carrot, corns and creamy dressing.
The creaminess in coleslaw often comes from mayonnaise, but to cut down on calories, instead of using mayonnaise I made my coleslaw dressing from hung curd. Since coleslaw has sweetness in it, so to add a bit of spiciness to it, I added sriracha sauce to it. Sriracha not only added to spiciness but to the tang as well. If you like your coleslaw a mixture of sweet and tangy, go for Sriracha but if you want just creamy coleslaw, avoid the addition of sriracha.
