When some guests visit for dinner, the first dish that comes to mind is Shahi paneer. Repeating the same dish becomes monotonous. To break the tedium, it can be twisted to form tasty, creamy and spicy nutri-paneer curry. It is a combination of taste and health. The richness of the curry makes it a perfect dish for birthdays, dinners, parties or even when you want to pamper yourself. It goes well with any of Indian flat bread like naan, rumali roti, lachha parantha out even with simple chapatis.

Stepwise Pictorial Description
Take a pan. Add 2 cups of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt in it and boil. Add soya granules in it. Cover the pan and keep for 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the water. This will remove off flavor that soya chunks have.
Grind onion and chillies to a fine paste. Separately grind tomatoes to make puree.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves. Once the seeds start spluttering, reduce the flame.
Add onion paste and fry for 1 minute. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is no more detected and onion paste changes color to light brown.
Add tomato puree and fry till the masala leaves oil.
Add cream and sauté it further. This will add to the richness of the gravy.
Add half cup of milk and give it a stir.
Finally add paneer pieces and soya granules and let it simmer on low flame for five minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with naan or chapatis.
