Onion Paratha, with loads of onion and green chillies is a regular in my home during summers. If nothing else, served with just coriander mint chutney and a slice of mango, makes a perfect breakfast that my whole family loves to gorge on.
My daughter is so fond of this paratha that if I have made some curry/sabzi, she doesn’t like, she’ll always demand for onion paratha and will eat happily with malai or sweet mango chutney. Now, with this paratha is so loved by my family, how is it possible that I won’t include in my list of parathas/flatbreads that I’m going to present in Mega Marathon with theme Flatbreads and more.
