Paneer Bread Roll In Air Fryer

Paneer Bread Roll In Air Fryer

Paneer bread rolls make an easy and kids favourite snack that can be prepared in minutes. You don’t need any fancy ingredients or tools to make it. Just a paneer filling (may use even your leftover paneer bhurji) and few bread slices, that’s what you need to make this easy snack that is apt for your tea time munching or to curb those small hunger pangs. Not only that you can even serve it during kid’s parties to satiate hungry tummies.

Paneer Bread Roll

I have made these paneer bread rolls in air fryer to avoid deep frying. But you can just roast it on tawa or even deep fry it. If you opt to deep fry, don’t forget to seal the filing completely. Either way you make them, they taste just yum and kids come running for another serving.

  1. Trim the sides of bread slices and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix together paneer, salt, pepper and torn curry leaves.
  3. Take a bread slice, roll it thin with a rolling pin.
  4. Spread green chutney all over the slice, then paneer filling and lastly grated carrots. Leave some space at one end.
  5. Roll the bread slice tightly into a cylindrical shape. Similarly roll rest of the slices.
  6. Wrap all the bread rolls in a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 15 minutes.
  7. Apply butter on all the sides and place the rolls in a preheated air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes. After 7-8 minutes, turn the side and cook on other side as well. They will become golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney.

  1. I have made bread rolls with potato filling. This one with carrot and paneer looks good and you have made it healthier by air frying it! The kids will love this for sure…
