Festival time means celebration time, having fun with the near and dear ones. And the fun is incomplete without delicious food.

Whenever we talk about festivals, sweets come to our mind. When I selected Festival/Special Day’ theme for fourth week of blogging marathon, even I had thought about making some sweets. These days, I’m doing lot of baking. So my kitchen is stocked with lots of sweet goodies and this has made me averse to sweets. Now it’s not that we eat only sweets during festival time. Taking this thing into account, I’m going to make all those dishes that my sister in law’s and their kids appreciate as they are going to be the main guests during Rakhi 🙂

My first dish for the week 4 of BM#78 is a breakfast dish i.e. Paneer tikka sandwich.

Paneer Tikka Grilled Sandwich
Sofness of paneer (cottage cheese) and tandoori flavors make this sandwich a perfect breakfast dish or afternoon snack.

PANEER TIKKA SANDWICH
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for marination.
  2. Add paneer and capsicum to it. Mix and keep for about 15 min.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add marination mixture and cook for a min.
  4. Butter the bread slices. Apply green chutney on it.
  5. Spread the stuffing over it.
  6. Top with other slices of bread.
  7. Grill the sandwich and serve.
