Tawa fry as I made it on tawa (my theme for this week’s blogging marathon), podi idli as I used idli podi/ gun powder/ milaga podi for spicing up the idli. It is so simple to make, can be readied in five minutes if you have idlis with you. I just loved these spicy fried idlis. Even my daughter couldn’t stop eating them even though they were spicier for her (accompanied by cold drink?). If you have left over idlis, go ahead to try this easy recipe. Even if you don’t have, make some?…. It’s worth it.
P.S. You can use regular idlis or instant rava idli. I made with instant microwave rava idli.
