For presenting my recipe on third day of blogging marathon under theme ‘bhurji recipes’, I was cudgeling brain for what could be the best recipe. The same day my father in law asked me to make mooli ki bhurji that I hadn’t made for a while. I felt stupid because this is one of the dish that I make very commonly during winters. Then how could I forget to include it in my bhurji recipes. My husband is very fond of this along with moong ki dal. Since I didn’t make it this week, see… there was a reminder from dad asking for it.
We generally make dal for the dinner along with a side dish, that is any seasonal vegetable. During winter months, it could be aloo methi, aloo palak, mooli bhurji etc
Here is my recipe for mooli bhurji…
