Who is a spicy food lover? If you are, this roasted Spicy green bell pepper dip is certainly for you. This dip is as delicious as it is easy to make. It can lift up the taste of anything you serve with.
Initially I had no plans to make this dip, but when I was searching the vegetable compartment of my fridge to cook something for lunch, I noticed that my dad had brought green bell pepper twice by mistake. So thought of making this dip. I generally make dip with red bell pepper which is not that hot, but this dip with green bell pepper was super hot as I used some green chillies too to enhance the heat.
You can reduce the spiciness by using less number of green chillies or just omitting those. But do give a try to this spicy green bell pepper dip. It will certainly jazz up the tasteof anything you serve with.
