During summers, many a times it happens that neither I feel like making our regular meal i.e dal and chapati during dinner nor kids want to eat it. Since mom and dad always want chapatis/parathas, I take a midway so that all are happy. On all such days, when nobody is ready to eat dal/sabzi, I make plain paratha with tamatar pyaz ki sabzi or onion paratha that we enjoy a lot with boondi raita and mango. Believe me, these are the best and most enjoyed dinner options in my home.
Yesterday was the the same day. It was very hot and humid and nobody was in a mood to eat. So I thought of making tamatar pyaz ki sabzi as mom and dad never skip a meal and making this sabzi was an easier and tastier option. Those who had refused to eat dinner earlier, with this sabzi ate almost double the quantity including me.
Though this sabzi takes only 10 minutes to make, my chapati making time increased as everybody’s appetite increased on seeing tamatar pyaz ki sabzi 😁😁
Since this week, my theme for blogging marathon is ‘Instant dishes’, this is certainly apt for the theme.
I am sending this recipe for Blogging Marathon #90 Week 4 Day 1
