Watermelon Mint Sorbet

Watermelon Mint Sorbet

Sorbets are the sweetened or flavored frozen fruit juice. These provide a relief from the

scorching heat. These are so easy to make that even kids would love to experiment with it. I

remember as a kid, when we had our first fridge, we brother and sisters used to freeze even

simple sweetened water and used to relish the outcome??.

You need not to do much to make a sorbet, just puree the fruit of your choice and add

sweetener to it. Mix it and churn it in ice cream maker to get creamy sorbet. Oh! You don’t have

an ice cream maker?, don’t worry. You still can make it. For that you mix fruit puree and sugar

syrup or honey. Chill it in refrigerator, take out when semi frozen and churn it to get creamy

sorbet. Serve immediately or store in airtight container and refrigerate.
