What if, I omit that worry of yours. Yes, you can consume those masala peanuts guilt free as I’m going to tell you how to make them without the use of any oil.
Now what are you thinking? Who will do the laborious task of coating each and every peanut with masala and then frying it. Don’t worry, you need not to do it like that. You don’t even need to stand in front of burner to become sweaty.
Switch on your fan or A.C., mix masala with peanuts…just wait ten minutes for peanuts to soak in flavors, stir in besan mixture and throw it in microwave…..ta-dah, your masala peanuts are ready within 4 minutes. No toiling and moiling in this sticky weather and crunchy munchy masala peanuts are ready to munch on, that too without any added oil.
