Zero Oil Mixed Veg Paratha/ Healthy Mixed Veg Paratha

Today 30th September, the last day of the month and the last day of the month long mega marathon. I can’t believe that I completed it though I wasn’t at all prepared for it.

The whole month was like a celebration, making all the delicious flatbreads from different states of India, some authentic and some with variations. But this month long treat to the taste buds was at the same time heavy on the calorie count. I must have gained 2-3 kg as I ate like a glutton sometimes finishing most part myself only 😁😁. Now I should come back to routine. So thought of making a healthy low calorie paratha i.e. Zero Oil Mixed Veg Paratha. For the healthier option, rather than serving it with butter, I served it with mixed veg raita.

  6. Ritu more than the zero oil, I;m interested in the filling. I’ve never tried making mixed veg parathas. Always wondered how the mixture would hold if I were not to use too many potatoes. I love your idea of adding besan flour to hold the mixture. An awesome and drool worthy recipe.
