Few days back I had made mushroom chili stir fry that changed my mushroom hater husband to a mushroom tolerant. This experiment of mine gave me an impetus to try some more mushroom recipes with this duo of mushroom hater turned tolerant i.e. my husband and my daughter.
While I was thinking what to do with the pack of mushrooms that I had bought yesterday. The idea of making something that fits into my Bake-e-thon theme as well surfaced into my mind.
My daughter has been asking me to make Mac cheese for a couple of days but I being busy with other works just dilly dallied her demand. Now I knew what I’m to do with that pack of mushrooms.
Using my Mac cheese recipe as the base, I made Baked Mushroom in Bechamel Sauce. Though I didn’t use that much of cheese, yet these baked mushrooms were so good that my daughter wasn’t ready to share it with anybody. She had it in her lunch as well as dinner. Me and my husband only got to just taste it. If you are a cheese lover, you will certainly fall in love with this baked mushroom in Bechamel Sauce.
